Hello! The houses in this listing have 2 bedrooms, a large living room, either big terraces or huge huge gardens, shared access to the swimming pool, directed towards the sea with some view of the beach and sea, some also have view over the hills or the cute town of Golfo Aranci. We are happy to welcome tourists visiting this beautiful area. Our apartments are particularly suited for polite families or polite groups: silence and no swimming pool between 2pm and 4 pm and from midnight to 9 am. Trash management is differentiated and boxes are provided. Towels must be hanged to dry on the back gardens or terrace so they are not shown towards the pool area (italians and aesthetics ;-D) The swimming pool is available seasonally and has separate complete bathrooms (shower is required prior entering).

Sardinia is my favourite place for the summer! Whether you just discovered it or are an aficiondado I'm pretty sure you'll love our apartments due to the aesthetic quality and the top position: just behind the highstreet, 5 minutes walking to the beach and a pool for a quick chill (

In the area of Golfo Aranci there are 5 walking distance beaches and other 4 better reachable by car. The nearest is 300 meters from the apartment, while the water is actually 200 meters from the condominium. The center of Golfo Aranci is even closer with the first Restaurant at 120m and the first Bar at 240 meters (precise :) and are both really nice (Capricciosa and Pappafico). Since they are both on the high street of Golfo Aranci, you can walk through and select other restos (some super nice ones and no bad ones :), gelaterias, shops, etc etc. Houses have double windows so closing the windows noise is cancelled.
