The breathtaking view from the balcony will stay with me forever. But so will Maria Rosario’s graciousness. On leaving, she invited us for coffee with her husband and gave us a tray of cookies for the road. The apartment itself is bright, airy and very roomy, with everything you could need. It’s at the very end of the village, so absolutely quiet (except for the tinkling of goat bells and the odd dog in the distance). Highly recommended.
