The apartment has recently been completely renovated and consists of: entrance hall, large living room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 115m2 in total. One of the bedrooms has an exclusive bathroom. Each of the three rooms has 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. In the living area there are 2 sofa-beds (140cm wide beds). The air conditioning system is new and has high energy performance (chiller with convectors). The furniture is new and is reduced to the essentials. All appliances are present (including the dishwasher and robot vacuum cleaner). Mosquito nets are mounted on the windows of the bedrooms. On both external facades of the apartment there are canopies that greatly reduce exposure to the sun. Registration number R3999
