We loved our stay here! The property is family owned, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All staff were very helpful and extremely well organized. The property is also gorgeous, right on the lake, with two swimming pools that stay open until 9pm. Our kids loved the slide and how the pool was lit up during the evening hours. The apartment we stayed in was spotless and very comfortable. The view was gorgeous and the kitchen contained everything we needed. We also appreciated the free shuttle to the train station and ferry. If we came again, we would rent a car, since it is hard to get around without. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and pleasant. We had a large 2 bedroom suite that was comfortable, clean and equiped well, with great view of the lake. We loved the warm quiet pools, the ping pong tables, and the easy access to the lake with the kayak rental service. The hotel staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful area with amazing lake view. The facilities are excellent ( Pool , small slide that the kids love it , lake beach , jacuzzi , mini golf ) . Staff very helpful. AC is good.

Very nice hotel with great location at the beach of lake Garda. The hotel corresponds to the pictures in the internet. They have good restaurant inside their grounds and small groceries shop. The pools were clean. Mini-golf was great. Sup rent on the beach was affordable. We have had a lot of fun.

Helpful staff, nice people. large area, with beach to swim, chill or other activities. we got very large room(great lake view). on the balcony there were many chairs and other items to make your stay better and easier. fans in all rooms near free parking good BF Elephants restaurant is decent. The site Mini market is very good, it had a good prices. a lot if places to set, good privacy.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has 3 EV chargers, which is a big plus! We were able to charge our car every time and not necessary to charge outside. All apartments have great views with the lake.

Everything var just så wonderful. The staff was so kind, there were so clean and the pools was great. The Restaurant Elephant get 5 stars! the best restaurant we tried i italy, and also so kind staff and wonderful food! and the prices was perfekt. Not to expensive, so we had opportunity to eat at the restaurant often. Really a perfekt place. We deffently will come back! :) :) :)
