Vulcano Village is located in Castro, on Lake Iseo and its composed by ancient restored houses in the old town and on the lake shore. We offer many solutions: rooms, studios, flats so guests can choose the best for themself. On lakeshore there's our Restaurant Vulcano, where you can taste typical italian dishes and obviously pizza, and our home made desserts. Breakfast is a la carte and it's served on request

Castro… The Village of the wind This is the name with which the small village of Castro is known, on the north of lake Iseo at 1 km from Lovere. Castro is a small but beautiful and breathtaking village, on a natural lake with enchanting landscapes. In the surroundings we find Lovere (1 km), one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Monte Isola, the largest lake island in Europe (reachable by boat that starts right in front of the Vulcano Village), the Zone Pyramids, very particular rock formations, the Park of the rock engravings of Capo di Ponte, the first UNESCO site in Italy; For hiking lovers the mountains and hills overlooking the lake are suitable for both beginners and more experienced trekkers; a few kilometers away we find the Presolana, the "small dolomite". in half an hour you can reach Via Mala, a narrow canyon carved out by the river Dezzo with sheer walls that create a unique spectacle
