New structure used for short-term rentals located in the municipality of Cossogno, a town of 651 inhabitants in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in Piedmont. Part of its territory is included in the Val Grande National Park. The holiday home is an independent house, spread over three floors fully furnished and equipped with all comforts, including towels, sheets, tea towels and tablecloths, each of which is equipped with toilets and balconies from which you can enjoy the serenity of the landscape. The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator, water kettle, toaster and microwave oven) and inside the structure there is a washing machine and material necessary for ironing. The house can be easily reached by car and has a private parking area located a few meters from the property; near the house there are other parking areas.
Very sunny apartment surrounded by the greenery of the Valgrande park spread over three floors and easily accessible by car Once you enter you will find a living area consisting of a kitchen and a room where the television is installed; on the same landing there are the toilets and washing machine On the first floor, as well as a balcony where you can enjoy moments of tranquility, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom complete with every comfort. On the second floor, like the first, there is a large balcony where you can enjoy the peace of the landscape, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a toilet including a shower.
Starting on foot from CASA Da NONNA PINA it is possible to make numerous excursions of varying difficulty and distance, moving on old mule tracks immersed in the woods and well marked on the maps. The Nature Area of ​​the Lower Val Grande of the Val Grande National Park allows you to discover the historical and naturalistic peculiarities of Cossogno through self-guided paths equipped with notice boards and explanatory panels. To visit absolutely a few steps from the structure there is the so-called "ROMAN BRIDGE" consisting of a single arch, in stone built in the narrowest part of the valley that marks the boundary of the territory of Cossogno from the neighboring Rovegro from where you can observe "the 'horrid of dogs "a splendid horrid furrowed by the waters of the river. Also worth seeing is PARCO D'INOCA characterized by its pine forest and the small church of Inoca. It was built in the first half of the 17th century, on a previous chapel dedicated to the Madonna di Re, patron saint of the Park.
