The room, kitchen and location were perfect. What stood out the most was the host who was super friendly and helped us with a lot of local tips and tricks.

The host was an 11/10! absolutely fabulous!! He takes you on a tour once you get there of the place and ensures you know how to use everything before he leaves. He also has a SUPER in-depth paper within the room that has loads of information like: emergency numbers, buses to go to nearby areas, best restaurants and so much more! The place was ALWAYS clean, and it was a super short walk from the beach, which we appreciated so so much! Truly cannot say enough great things 🫶

The cleanliness was exceptional and the host was more than hospitable. He gave us recommendations, was always available to help and was delighted to do so. The room itself was extremely tidy and everything felt new and clean. Spacious beds. Even a wonderful common terrace. It was one of my most comfortable stays away from home. The location was perfect with just a couple minutes to get to the beach on foot. It was also close to a perfect little bar for breakfast and lunch.

Excellent location, steps away from the beach. Dario is a great host, very friendly and organized. The room is very clean and has a mini fridge. Very quiet at nighttime and the bed/pillows were very comfortable

Everything - would definitely stay here again!! The property is quite new - the room was immaculate and designed to maximize space and to be very energy-efficient. The shared kitchen (great espresso machine) and private balcony were enjoyable as well. Our host Dario was very gracious - gave us lots of recommendations for eateries, all within walking distance, as was the gorgeous beach where we lucked out with 70-degree weather on our final vacation day. He was also kind enough to arrange our transportation to the airport.

The place was very clean, well organized, exactly like the pictures and it was quiet. I was able to sleep well every night and wake up when I want without any disturbance then walk 2 minutes across the street to the Mondello beach. I was able to go windsurfing nearby and the Italian food options are plenty in the direct vicinity. Dario is the host, he is a great guy, very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely like to go back.

Dario is the most wonderful host a foreign traveler could ever wish for! He went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible, to help us learn how to get around, and his English was nearly perfect! (One of us would have liked to try to speak more Italian actually, but Dario took great pride in his effort to learn English -- and it was far better than our Italian -- so most of our conversations followed the path of least resistance.). He has a great smile and warm demeanor; he made our short stay in Mondello delightful.

Me and my wife stayed there for 6 days. 1The house, the owner and the location are TOP. The whole apartment is newly renovated and looks amazing. The place is very clean and the cleaning service is available every day upon request. The owner, Dario, will give You a tour around the house, show You how to operate the italian coffee express (You will get the coffee too) and will basically explain You how Palermo works and what to do there. You can see that he really cares about the guests. Mondello beach and 806 bus stop to the city are both 3 min walk from there. Superb and 11/10 spot in our opinion.
