Casa Lilu is tastefully decorated and offers space for 6 people: three bedrooms (2 with terrace), two bathrooms, lounge and dining room, a comfortable kitchen with a dishwasher, bread maker, oven and 5-burner gas stove. In addition, there is also a washing machine, BBQ, TV (TV Vlaanderen), WIFI, private parking. Outside you can enjoy a cozy portico with a view of the private swimming pool. There are sun beds by the pool for sunbathing, but there are also plenty of places in the shade. Thanks to the thick natural stones and the shutters, the house always remains cool during the summer and air conditioning is not necessary. Guests have access to the entire house including the swimming pool. Everything is private. The swimming pool is cleaned weekly (before the guest arrives) and after the rental the house is completely cleaned. If the pool is very dirty, for example after a storm, it will be cleaned extra on request (no extra charges).
We are Carole and Patrick, two fervent Italy lovers and since a few years the proud owners of "Casa Lilu". We are in love with the region because of the breathtaking beauty of nature, the delicious Italian cuisine and the unprecedented hospitality of the pietralunghesi. On the spot you will be welcomed by a local, Giovanni a good friend. He is in permanent contact with us.
Experience a relaxing holiday in "Casa Lilu" , located in picturesque Pietralunga in the green heart of Umbria. Pietralunga is a cozy medieval village, located 1 km from the house. In the center you will find some supermarkets, artisan bakeries, a pharmacy, an outpatient clinic, cheap restaurants and cafes, a gym,... Throughout the year there is a cozy atmosphere with some top attractions such as the Palio della Mannaja (2nd week of August), il Mercato del Tartufo and festa della Patata Bianca (October). Activities/ sports Pietralunga tennis: 10 euros/court 1 hour; fitness; mountainbike (can be rent); horse riding (20 Euro/hour);various guided hikes (2, 5 or 8 km) with tastings; pasta making workshop with dinner and book local recipes (35/person); truffle hunt (october white truffle !), visit truffle company and tasting. Furthermore you are in one hour on the Adriatic coast, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo (Tuscany); Florence (2h15); Siena (2h15); Rome (2h30).
