Casa completamente ristrutturata ed arredata in stile moderno e minimale con ingresso indipendente, composta da: - 2 ampie camere da letto complete di biancheria sia per i periodi invernali, che estivi con 4 posti letto, climatizzate; - 1 bagno completo, con biancheria personale, phone, riscaldato; - 1 cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici , bollitore, microonde e vettovaglie di ogni tipo; -1 sala pranzo con TV 40 pollici; - 1 living room; - 3 ampi balconi con vista centro storico e campagna; WI Fi free; - Parcheggio free adiacente casa.

La casa trovandosi nel cuore del centro storico, vanta svariati servizi quali, pizzerie, ristoranti, bar supermercati, pub, paninerie, farmacia , banche, posta, vigili urbani, 118, PTE, parco attrezzato sia per bambinI che per adulti per running nel raggio di 200 metri e quindi raggiungibili a piedi. Trovandosi ubicata a 1 ora dall'aeroporto di Catania e a 50 minuti da quello di Comiso, la casa è raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici, con fermata del pullman a 20 metri. Con prenotazione anticipata è possibile effettuare il transfer andata/ritorno da ditta di servizi esterna. La casa vanta una posizione straordinaria, in quanto si trova a 100 m dall'ultima uscita autostradale della Sicilia Orientale. Inoltre è a 15 minuti di macchina dalla costa Ionica, a 10 minuti dalla costa Mediterranea, a 15 minuti dal borgo marino di Marzamemi, a 15 minuti da Noto e Modica (città barocche) e a mezzora da Siracusa. Insomma una vera e propria posizione strategica per gli ospiti
