This beautiful Holiday Home is made of two apartments: one is for 2 adults and 1 child, while the second is made for 2 adults only. These two apartments can become one single big apartment, as they are separated by one door only that, in the event both apartments are available during the selected dates, can welcome up to 4 adults and 1 child. In such an event, the door will be open and the 2 apartments become one single environment, good option for a group of friends or for 2 couples who want to stay together. The Holiday Home Francesca welcomed tourists of every nationality and thanks to the kindness of the owners it has become a place very requested for those who want to stay in peace and who want to live in a very strategic point between the city centre and the seaside with its wonderful beaches. It is located very close to many shops, such as bakery, butcher shop, pizzeria, tobacco shop and groceries supermarkets. It is located just a few kilometres from the seaside and downtown, both easily reachable by walk. Apartment well maintained, we take much care about cleanliness and we welcome you warmly. Anybody who comes visit us always comes back!

In the event you don’t have a means of transport, being the Holiday Home very close to the city centre, in about 10 minutes by walk you can reach Avola Downtown, exactly in Plaza Umberto Primo where you can admire and visit our wonderful churches, museums and a lot more. Furthermore, for kids, we have also Cinema Odeon, where you can watch movies, both during summer and winter under the stars. Many restaurants of all kind with variable prices suitable for everyone. Going down Via Aldo Moro, you may have a nice walk to our very long and beautiful seafront “Lungomare di Avola” with its wonderful beaches with crystalline water and its soft and golden sand. An amusement park for children, called Parco Robinson and many other interesting things to discover.
