The apartment is really nice and very clean. It has everything you need: well equipped kitchen, hair dryer, iron. Communication with the host was easy, and he left us a bottle of champagne (or prosecco, not sure) to celebrate NY. It has a balcony and it's on the first floor, and the building has an elevator.
