We arrived at the hotel, couldn’t find a way in as the doors were locked, we walked around a derelict looking hotel, weeds growing through the paving, windows were dirty and had a less than welcome feel about the place. Eventually someone saw us and opened the door to let us in. They showed us to our room, which has dirty marks on the walls, the headboard was on one wall and the bedside cabinets had been removed and put in another wall with the bed. The windows were dirty. The bathroom although clean was not in a good state of repair. Breakfast was a cornetto, cornflakes and coffee or tea. Needless to say we would not be returning.

Very clean room, beautiful view on the sea, great breakfast with home made cakes. The owner agreed to wait for us late uppon our arrival as we encountered some problem with our rental car.

We stayed at this lovely apartment for a week. It is in a very quiet area a short drive from the town and beaches. Everything we needed was there, it’s very modern, spacious and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this property.

Nunzia and Carlo gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our first floor room which had its own bathroom and sun terrace. We sat on the terrace and watched the sun go down surrounded by a green space and peace interrupted by birds singing and the occasional hum from a bee. We were given directions to a local restaurant that was cheap and good. We slept well and next day woke to a special breakfast . Carlo made the excellent coffee while Nunzia had prepared traditional Sardinian pastries with fruit, juice cheese and meats and lots of extras. It was excellent. We did not speak Italian at all but thanks to Nunzia we muddled through and laughed together. If you want a modern clean quiet stay in the countryside , this is a tough stay to beat.
Featuring a spacious garden with BBQ facilities, Il Ruscello offers rooms in Sant’Anna Arresi, an 18-minute drive from Teulada. The restaurant serves typical Sardinian specialities.
Very friendly staff! They would sort everything out for you. Safe location with big parking. It gets really quiet at night since location is a bit remote and we loved that! Very close to town with nice restaurants and 2 min away from Conad supermarket. Inside the hotel you have a very nice restaurants with variety of delicious food with reasonable price. Pool is great and good place to chill even at night with the lights on. So many beautiful beaches accessible from there. We loved how they treated us. We hope to be back soon.
The hotel is located in a quiet area outside town but by the main road, so getting to various destinations by car was not a problem. The facilities were great, the room was very spacious, and we loved the pool. The hotel has got a restaurant that serves meals throughout a day, and breakfast foods were excellent and plenty. The hotel staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. You could finish your day with a cocktail or two in the hotel bar. Overall, it is a great place to stay and unwind.
The staff was really friendly and the Hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast was also quite nice and they had the best Bartender I've met during my trip in Italy. Nico could be fixing drinks ANYWHERE in the world and he made sure that we had a great experience while staying at the Hotel. Definitely try his Old Fashion.
This place is beautiful! The property is lovely and the hotel itself is very high quality. It can be difficult to find one with the iPhone app. It does not map perfectly. Thankfully, the host was very responsive and I was able to find this lovely spot.
The staff was exceptionally kind, polite and always ready to help! A lovely chilling area by the pool for hot summer days. Comfortable rooms. Pleasant atmosphere. Great standard for 3* hotel.
