Guests in the house will find a pass to be placed on the dashboard to park in the street and square near the property. The parking space is not numbered or assigned but they can park where they find it free but always and only on the LEFT side.

Cozy apartment of 70 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with elevator (NOT suitable for disabled people). The property is located just 7 minutes on foot from La Spezia Centrale Station and 18 minutes by public transport from Porto Mirabello and La Spezia Cruise Terminal. The property consists of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, refrigerator, moka coffee maker, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils and TV; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and fan; - BEDROOM II with two single beds; - BATHROOM with bath/shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
