Property information

Bright fully equipped two-room apartment just a few minutes' walk from the Milan Cathedral. The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor of a period building in front of the Monastery of San Benedetto. Ideal for single travelers, couples or couples with children. Not recommended for groups of 3 or 4 adults. Consisting of entrance, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, bedroom with large wardrobe wall. Among the amenities, free wi-fi (optical fiber), microwave, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee pod machine, stove, refrigerator, sheets, towels, blankets and additional pillows. The heating is autonomous, adjustable with a thermostat and the air conditioning is ensured by a portable air conditioner (it is not possible to install the split air conditioners motors on the facade).

Porta Venezia is also considered the shopping district of Milan par excellence. In fact, in the area there is Corso Buenos Aires, an important commercial artery of over 1600 meters, which recalls New York's Fifth Avenue and is one of the longest shopping promenades in Europe. With the succession of famous shops, clothing boutiques and large commercial chains, together with Viale Vittorio Veneto, Via San Gregorio and Via Lazzaretto, Corso Buenos Aires forms a quadrilateral of social and commercial life.
