Free private parking just in front of the house. The owner helps a lot with all necessary attractions info. Room is big enough for some days. Seems everything is new. The restaurant in front is excellent.

Everything was great, but the most important thing is that Francesco is a really helpful and friendly host! He gave us a ride from the coach stop and gave us a little tour of the most interesting restaurants / beaches on the way. He was also there for everything else we needed. The room is tastefully designed in minimalistic industrial style, the bathroom is spacious and everything is super clean. There is a mini fridge in the room, which Francesco replenished every day with water, juice boxes and milk, and we also got croissants, biscuits, coffee pods and tea for breakfast. This was very nice considering breakfast wasn't even mentioned in the listing. The location is quite convenient, half-way between Tortoli' and Arbatax, so it's a 15-minute walk to each of the little towns. And if you don't feel like going to the town, the nearby beach area has a few restaurants and bars. There is parking in front of the house and a local bus stop almost right outside.

It was a very nice place to stay! There was a little breakfast in the room! We had a big, older bathroom, but it was very clean! We liked the big terrace! Parking was easy in front of the building! It was in a very quiet area with not much around, but on the other side of the street was a good pizzeria! Perfect if you don't want to drive anymore!

I can surely say that it is one of the best accommodations in Sardinia. The big shop, beach and the best nature in island are close that you can reach everything easily. We really enjoyed the breakfast that includes the homemade sweet cake and owner is always available to provide help. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Mooie nette kamer met een balkon. Vriendelijk ontvangen en genoeg mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten, op je eigen grote balkon of buiten op een gezamenlijke veranda. Mogelijkheid om daar thee en koffie te zetten en gebruik te maken van een magnetron. Voor een ontbijtje werd gezorgd, een verpakte croissant, pakje sap en een flesje water, dat iedere dag weg aangevuld. Koelkastje op de kamer.
