The accommodation is located on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of Sanremo, opposite the famous fountain and with a privileged view of the Ariston theatre. After passing through the entrance of the building, one climbs 4/5 steps to reach the lift that leads directly to the first floor. At the entrance to the flat, on the right, is the kitchen, with a small balcony housing the various bins for recycling. Next to the kitchen is the first bathroom, complete with shower. Continuing along the corridor, you come to a double room furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and a comfortable armchair, which overlooks the Piazza Colombo garden. Next, you reach the living area, with a sofa bed, which has a balcony overlooking Piazza Colombo, offering a splendid view of the Ariston theatre. At the end of the corridor, there is the double bedroom, which has its own bathroom and is separated from the rest of the flat by a door. Returning towards the entrance, on the right is a utility room with a washing machine inside.
