The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the middle of nature, but at the same time very close to the historic center, only five minutes on foot. In the private internal garden, if you want you can let the children play with peace of mind while doing housework. If, on the other hand, you go for a nice walk in the surroundings, you will be in the countryside in just a few minutes. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the famous Towers of Città della Pieve and also of the Trasimeno Lake which, when the sky is clear and serene, enriches the beautiful panorama. Yes, the very one that inspired in his works our Pietro Vannucci, called Il Perugino, born here, in Città della Pieve. You will find all the necessary comforts to spend a peaceful holiday. You will also have two bicycles available, without any supplement of course! The rate is inclusive of everything, you will have to add only the expense related to the methane actually consumed after reading the meter on the day of check-in and the day of check-out. For one-night stays, a flat fee of 10 euros is required. You will also have a nice fireplace with wood.

My desire is to make your holiday in Città della Pieve unforgettable, offering you a welcoming environment full of all the necessary comforts. When you enter my home, you will immediately breathe an air of relaxation and art, because, to pay homage to our great fellow artist Pietro Vannucci, known as 'Il Perugino', you will find on the walls some reproductions of the fragments of the works created and preserved precisely in his native country and images of the charming historic center of the village. You will forget the chaos of the city and the hectic everyday life.
Città della Pieve is the ideal place for those who want to rest without getting bored. Of course, for those coming from the noisy city it could be a bit too quiet, but what could be better than a nice walk in the charming old town, in the typical alleys? There are many activities inside, all kinds of shops, supermarkets (one a stone's throw from "Il gelsomino del Perugino"), bars and delicious restaurants where, without spending a fortune, you can taste our typical dishes, first of all , those based on the famous Saffron. Do not forget that we are a stone's throw from the most beautiful cities of art in central Italy: Rome, Perugia, Foligno, Assisi, Florence, Siena ... We have very close Motorways and Airports. The house will give you the opportunity to enjoy the country, leaving the car in the convenient adjacent parking. Especially in the summer and in particular in that of the Palio of the third party, where tourists are very many, I can tell you that this is a big plus! For motorcyclist friends, there is the possibility of parking up to two bikes in the garage and as many in the parking lot inside the fence.
