This apartment is located on a quiet street in the historical city center of Como, just a short walk from the lakefront and the main sightseeing objects. This apartment can host 1 or 2 guests. There is a comfortable double bed, a little kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine to make longer stays more comfortable. In this property, it is mandatory to separate the garbage. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. There is no elevator in the building. It takes 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The nearest parking is available in Viale Varese, about 300 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The property is in the historic center of Como – a lively area with modern bars, restaurants, and shops as well as historical churches and buildings. Everything is a short walk away. There is a good Pugliese restaurant just downstairs and a great icecream place just around the corner. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the lakefront.
