Large studio flat on the ground floor, comfortable and bright, large terrace equipped for eating outside, in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with accessories, plates, dishes and appliances: kettle, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. The two rooms are divided by a wall (without a door) which allows privacy between the two rooms. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine and air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city.
