+ Super nette Besitzerin + Komplette Alleinlage + Wunderschön urig eingerichtet + Wahnsinnig schöner Ort mit super Aussicht + privater Whirlpool + Garten + sehr nette Nachbarschaft + Einrichtung (Herd, Kühlschrank, Spiele, Kerzen....) Hier wird nichts geteilt und Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. Vorsicht die Zufahrt ist für tiergelegte Wägen nicht möglich. Man kann aber oben im Ort (ca. 1-2 min Fußweg) problemlos Parken

A pretty, split level studio apartment with a big garden, deep in the heart of the natural beauty of the Lunigiana countryside.  L'Essiccatoio is a rustic stone studio situated in the Apuan Alps, which has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, with fridge, cooker, table, chairs, TV. Upstairs there is a shower room, and double bedroom with mountain views, which is reached by a wooden steep staircase. With ample outside space for relaxing and dining, it is perfect for those who crave peace and tranquility, and the opportunity to be at one with nature.  The rural setting of L'Essiccatoio (named because it is where chestnuts were once dried, and retains many of its original features) makes it an excellent place to walk, hike, cycle, or to explore the exquisite area of Lunigiana. Large garden with seating and barbecue area, and a little open idromassage. On-site parking. The Essiccatoio can be reached by car by a little offroad street.
The Medieval town of Fivizzano is approx. 9km/15 min drive away, and has amenities which include grocery stores/supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and ATM access. There is a traditional market every Tuesday. Pisa airport is approx a 70km drive.  The area is an ideal starting point to discover the world-famous Cinque Terre coastline, as well as the castles and picturesque villages Lunigiana has to offer.  Other activities on offer include horse trekking, kayaking, fishing and the Equi Terme caves.  In the summer season there are many events including folklore, music and food festivals, where you can enjoy tasting typical local dishes.
