Хорошая, уютная квартира в тихом районе. При этом, недалеко автобусная остановка, откуда легко уехать в Венецию, и большой продуктовый магазин. В самой квартире свежий ремонт и есть всё необходимое. Есть даже проигрыватель с пластинками, поэтому удалось познакомить детей с устройством своего собственного детства :)

You are at 2 minutes walking to the old center of this part of the city. Just look on Maps to Piazza Ferretto and go there to enjoy shopping, good food or some drinks. You will find many restaurants, excelent pizza and not only: meat and pasta is available. Just in a range of 200m you will find a fruit and vegetable shop, bakery, pasticceria or pizza take away. Anything you may need for your breakfast will be there, fresh made in a typical italian style and quality.

You are at 5 minutes walking to the old center of this part of the city. Just look on Maps to Piazza Ferretto and go tere to enjoy shopping, good food or some drinks. Next to the house, just accross the street is the old Pub Al Distributore and at 5 minutes walking you will find Pizzeria AeOche Excelent pizza and not only: meat and pasta is available. Also Pizzalonga Away is just there. Just a fee minutes walking in Via Miranese is a fruit and vegetable seller, bakery or pasticceria. Anything you may need for your breakfast will be there, fresh made in a typical italian style and quality Take bus number 2 to reach Venice Island. The bus stop is at 100m on Via Circonvallazione on the left in front of the City Pool. Bus ticket costs 1.5 euro or 20 euro for all the day which includes also the bus boats. The tickets can be bought at Tabacchi or online using tye AVM Official App. Also in the bus with a small surcharge. To go to the buss stop just cross the small bridge, walk accross the parking on Via Olimpia then you will reach Via Circonvallazione. Otherwise you can also take the bus number 7 in Via Miranese.
