This apartment was beautifully renovated in a quiet family holiday complex right on a stunning beach. There was plenty to do for the kids from the tennis courts, the playground, table tennis and lots of beach fun.

We get a warm welcome from the host. The house is well decorated with small and beautiful gadgets. We felt comfortable immediately. The beach is very close, just a 5 minutes walk. And the beach is beautiful and the sea is so clear. Caleverde is like a small village with friendly a neighborhood. The house was clean and well equipped. Everything was available, some capsules of coffee and a coffee machine, stuff for the beach (umbrella, chairs, towels), good cooking equipment, grill etc ... all windows were protected with a net against mosquitoes which helps a lot for a comfortable sleep. So perfect for a vacation.

What I liked the most was the environment in which the appartment was located, among pine trees. Very peaceful and quiet. Everything was very well kept and the access to the amazing beach was very convenient as well as the nearby supermarket within walking distance. Super responsive and always available hosts. We will definitely come back!!!

Hosts were super nice and hospitable, it was a genuine pleasure to communicate; Shining purity of apartment on check-in; All basic accessories as bedlinens, towels, coffee capsules, sugar, salt and even the device against mosquitos were provided by host for free; The house will suit well for families with small babies, you find all necessary stuff in place; Safe private parking in a closed area; Marvelous nature surrounding the house; Restful ambient - no noice in the evenings and nights; An additional shower outside - super usefull thing when you come back from a sand beach; The house looks freshly renovated - all domestic appliances work well; Great air conditioned with two independent split blocks - the whole apartment is cooled evenly; Fabulous beach accessible in 5 minutes by foot from the house - you don't need to go somewhere else, I've verified that; Good internet connection;

Die Gastgeber sind super nett, antworten schnell und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Der Balkon eignet sich zum Verweilen am Abend. Es handelt sich um ein Objekt in einer Wohnsiedlung mit Zugangstor. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand, es gibt einen Spielplatz, Pool und Tennisplatz. Die Anlage war zu unserer Reisezeit (Sep) sehr ruhig. In Summe volle Empfehlung, auch mit Kind(er) gut machbar, da es ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und auf Wunsch ein Babybett gibt.

Die Wohnung war ganz neu renoviert. Vor allem das Bad (die Dusche!) waren super. Alle Einrichtungen haben gut funktioniert (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage, etc.). Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fußweg zum Meer ca. 5 Minuten.

Ubytování v klidné lokalitě, dům čistý a velmi dobře vybavený, hostitelka vždy on-line a velmi laskavá. V blízkosti na pěší dojití dobře vybavený obchod otevřený od rána do večera, bohužel v červenci nefungovala v komunitě žádná restaurace, kam by se dalo zajít na večeři.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato qui per una decina di giorni a cavallo tra giugno e luglio ed è stata una vacanza all'insegna del relax. L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato a nuovo è molto bello e ben pulito. Cucina super accessoriata per essere una casa vacanze. Presente lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, forno microonde, macchina del caffè e tutto il necessario x cucinare. Bella la terrazza dove è piacevole mangiare...noi per qualche cena abbiamo utilizzato anche il barbecue! Comodissima la lavatrice x lavaggi infrasettimanali. Andrea e Audrey gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci sono venuti incontro con il check in essendo l'appartamento disponibile all'ora del nostro arrivo. Del contesto ho apprezzato il verde, il silenzio e la tranquillità.
