Charming apartment located on the ground floor of a building in the center of Sanremo, a few steps from the beaches and the renowned Ariston theater. The apartment opens onto a large entrance hall that leads both to the independent kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and microwave, and to the living room furnished with a double sofa bed, stereo system, television and dining table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with smart TV and a queen-size bed and another with a third television and two single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed upon request. San Remo: City of Flowers, Casino and Song Festival. In the province of Imperia, San Remo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori, and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of some merit, created with both typical plants and exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, the Cathedral of San Siro, San Remo's oldest religious building, the Russian Church, among the city's most famous symbols, and the Baroque-style Madonna della Costa Sanctuary are not to be missed. During your stay you should also visit the San Remo Casino, to admire the structure and gambling halls dating back to World War II. Emblematic of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival is held every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year. It is also advisable not to leave the city without taking a stroll along the Empress promenade, paved with marble and adorned with palm trees and the Statue of Spring by sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.
