Beautiful newly renovated apartment, modern and welcoming. Located in a strategic and central position: within walking distance you can reach the historic center of Como, as well as the Como Borghi railway station with direct trains to Milano and the Milano Malpensa airport. The functional furniture makes it perfect to accommodate up to 5 people, an ideal solution for families, for those on a business trip or for couples discovering the beautiful surroundings.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood equipped with everything: numerous supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, a laundromat, the city's covered market, bike rental and pharmacies. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center of Como, crossing Via Milano, one of the most important commercial streets of the city. The lake is a 20-minute walk away. The area also has free or paid street parking. It is possible to move around on foot, given the proximity to the city center. A few steps from the apartment there is also the Como Borghi railway station to reach Milan and the airport of Milano Malpensa and the bus stops, in order to reach the main points of interest. A 10-minute drive takes you to the Italian-Swiss customs of Como-Chiasso, convenient for visiting Lugano and the entire Canton of Ticino. There is the possibility to explore the beautiful villages on the lake also through the use of ferries or to rent a boat.
