Brand new and bright penthouse just finished building and furnishing with quality furniture and appliances, Arcadia penthouse represents the essence of beauty and aesthetic and artistic refinement. Finely embellished with frescoes and paintings, the house will envelop you with beauty and elegance. Arcadia has a spacious living room with a sofa bed the size of a standard double bed (200x160cm) and two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), is located on a veranda deck delimited by fully opening thermal break fixtures. In addition, the apartment has two other verandas, the first of very generous dimensions and the second of small dimensions, equipped with a pilozza and washing machine for the laundry, with space to hang clothes in total privacy. The house is located on the top floor of a new building, served by a lift and armored door. Equipped with thermal and sound break glass with bottom hung opening, electric shutters, underfloor heating system and two Daikin air conditioners of 1200btu each.
The house is managed directly by the owners with a view to sharing and appreciating the refined beauty of the structure, which will be enhanced and guarded by guests.
Inserted in a reserved and silent residential context, at the entrance of a dead end that neutralizes its traffic, Arcadi penthouse is two minutes walk from the Castle, five minutes walk from the Cathedral and the promenade, crossing the suggestive historical center. The strategic position allows you to move around the historic center on foot, supermarkets and other services of all kinds are also very close (pharmacy, tobacconist, bar, butcher, fruit and vegetables, fishmonger), but at the same time it offers a privileged escape route for exit the urban traffic and reach other locations via the provincial road.
