Modern and bright apartment in the center of Catania with spectacular sea view. This 100-sqm apartment is located on the ninth floor of a building a few steps from the sea. The spacious living area, with access to the balcony, is furnished with a double sofa bed, two sofas, an armchair, a dining table and a TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher and has access to the balcony as well. The sleeping area consists of two rooms, both equipped with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower and one with a tub complete the layout. Free Wi-fi, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and heating will be available for the guests. The jewel of the apartment is the balcony with a breathtaking sea view. Thanks to its table and chairs, guests can relax and enjoy the horizon on sunny days.

Catania boasts a beautiful historical center, listed among UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. Its architectural wonders, as well as the colorful street markets, the wild beauty of Mount Etna and the crystal-clear sea of the coasts will literally seduce you. Among the others, the Cathedral of Sant’Agata (the city’s patron saint), Bellini theater, the street markets, Via Etnea (Catania’s most important and scenographic street), the wonderful Monastery of the Benedictines (home to the faculty of Human Sciences) and the Etna are really worth a visit. And obviously, it is impossible not to mention Catania’s culinary tradition, with its typical arancini (fried rice balls), the iris (fried or baked stuffed bombs), olivette of Sant’Agata (typical sweets made of almond paste and coloured in green) and the famous brioches with granita. For horse meat lovers, Via del Plebiscito with its typical street embers is really not to be missed. You can already smell the delicious aroma even from a long way off! An unmissable stop-over just outside the city is the coast, and more specifically the beautiful Gulf of Acitrezza, where in 1881 Giovanni Verga set his best known novel, “I Malavoglia”.
