The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests from the immense garden with private pool, furnished with a set of outdoor sofas and a dining table. The entrance opens onto the spacious living room which features a table, a cabinet and two comfortable sofas. The American kitchen is well equipped with all cooking amenities, including an oven, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine and a microwave. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first one fitted with a queen-size bed, while the second one and the third one with two single beds each. Two bathrooms with showers and a toilet complete the layout. Guests will benefit from the washing machine, the free wi-fi and the air conditioning. *Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. *The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September.
