Apartament amb una esplèndida vista sobre el golf de Càller. Al sisè pis d’un edifici molt ben cuidat, en una zona tranquil·la al costat del parc Molentargius. Ascensor, sala d'estar, cuina moblada, balcó, gran dormitori amb llit de matrimoni, bany amb gran dutxa, aparcament privat. L'apartament es troba a només 1 km de la platja de Poetto. Al costat del transport públic que porta a altres platges i al centre de Càller, on és possible visitar museus, el teatre romà, el port esportiu, botigues elegants, cafès i bars.
Vaig néixer a Sardenya i vaig viure a diversos llocs d’Europa. Al meu home i jo ens agrada viatjar i estar al contacte amb la natura. Ens agraden la muntanya i el mar i les diverses activitats que ofereixen: senderisme, ciclisme, esquí, snorkel i submarinisme són les nostres activitats preferides durant les nostres vacances. Parlem italià, anglès, francès i una mica de català.
L'apartament està situat a uns 200 metres del parc de Molentargius, on podreu admirar meravellosos flamencs rosats, mentre s'alimenten i nidifiquen en la vegetació del pantà. Es pot arribar a peu a la platja de Poetto, a uns 20 minuts a peu o menys de 5 minuts amb cotxe, amb aparcament gratuït. Els supermercats, pizzeries, bugaderia, farmàcia són a 5-10 minuts a peu. Fàcil accés a la tangenziale Càller 554 que porta a l’aeroport (15 km.), a la platja principal (a 1 km) o a la pintoresca costa sud-est, on podeu arribar a moltes platges petites entre roques de granit. Les famoses platges de Costa Rei i Villasimius són a només 40 minuts.
