Unfortunately I only stayed one night...wish I had more days here. Everything is beyond perfect...the 7th-floor room is decorated so nicely, modern yet cozy. Everything is super clean, the terrace is simply wonderful, the owner is so very nice, breakfast is included (inside or on the terrace) and you definitely won't leave hungry. Loved the shower, the bed, the quiet, the high value.

Excellent location, adorable B&B and super comfortable stay. Stayed here for a weekend and it was just perfect. Check-in was smooth, hosts are super communicative and whole stay was perfect. Couldn’t eat breakfast both days as we had to leave early and Matteo made sure he left some snacks for us with a note each day. Bus stops within 2 mins of the apartment and just a few stops away from Bologna Centrale.

This accommodation is so good, I don't even know where to start! The room and the breakfast/coffee room are very well designed and made, perfect temperature, perfect functionality, very beautiful interior design. Everything is as it should. Comfortable mattresses, fabulous sleep, silence, well designed bathroom. Beautiful views from the large terraces. Perfect location - near from the old city center, comfortable walking distance, but not in the crowded and noisy area. Very welcoming and friendly host, she made us feel at home. the breakfast was delicious and rich. We absolutely love this place and will definitely come again!

Skyline is the perfect getaway location when visiting Bologna! It is adjacent to the university area and Porta San Donato, one of the medieval gates to the city. It’s easy to get to Via Zamboni, a street lined with porticoes, as you head towards the Quadrilatero and Piazza Maggiore. Areas to explore are a short 10 to 15-minute walk away. Most importantly, Francesca is a gracious host who has created a welcoming space with thoughtful amenities and inviting decor. The rooftop area surrounding the property is a treasure — both bedrooms plus the main sitting room have doors that open to the terrace, expanding the space with its wraparound vista. Enjoying her breakfasts with a view was a favorite way to begin each day. It’s truly a great spot to rest, relax and refuel for your next adventure. I would not hesitate to book again!
