A small holiday village near by the coast of the beautiful lake Lago di Lugano. It is famous about her Saturday market and it is the most important village of it Valsolda-valley. In this valley are a few little villages near by the lake or they are built against the mountains. The border with Swiss is 9 km. This Valsolda-valley has a lot of historie and cultuur, the little villages around this lake have a really mediaevals caracter. You will enjoy the beautiful nature, the lake with her lot of possibilities. Think about boat trips, surfing, sailing and yet skien. Next to this beautiful place is the climate really pleasant for a lot of tourist. A little, famous village close to the lake. It is 40 km to the north of Como. Distance to: Como lake, some 13 km. Como 50 km. Lugano 15 km. Milaan 80 km. Airport milano malpensa (mpx) 90 km. Porlezza is a good point for making little or big trips. - The caves of Rescia - Como - Menaggio - Mountainvillage Monte Bré byLugano - Gandria - Open air museum Small Switzerland - Monte Generoso - With the cog railway to the top - Zoo Maglio. Nice to know: he Luganolake is very deep.. The deepeset point is 288 meter!
