The house extends over 2 floors (mezzanine and 1st floor) and is surrounded by a large, fully fenced natural plot. Here even up to 3 pets are welcome. Equipped outdoor area with barbecue for outdoor dining, badminton in the garden. Three mountain bikes are available upon request and payment. The surrounding area offers several trekking and biking routes. The owner of the house can organize on request and for a fee guided tours and sports activities such as canoeing on the river Clitunno (5 km), rafting (also for beginners) on the river Nera (20 km) and fishing at a private lake (5 km). Distances: 8 km Spoleto, 32 km Spello, 36 km Terni, 39 km the spectacular Marmore waterfalls, 43 km Norcia, 44 km Assisi, 49 km Narni, 50 km Todi, 60 km Perugia, 80 km the Trasimeno Lake, 100 km the Bolsena Lake. The house has two solar panels for the production of hot water. The cellar is not accessible (stairs to the cellar is locked). Inside the property there are beehives for honey production, located in a fenced area that is not accessible.
