This lovely one-bedroom in situated in a pedestrian alleyway in the historical Santa Maria La Nova district, and has been entirely restructured in 2018. While completing the renovation we have preserved much of the original stone walls - even in the bathroom - to safeguard the original Sicilian look-and-feel. This unit is situated 10mt away from the 1600 church of San Guglielmo, right behind Santa Maria La Nova. The studio offers a comfortable bathroom, kitchenette, and air conditioning. While restaurants and cafés are as close as 150mt, and the town center with all the main attraction (Piazza Busacca, Via Mormino Penna) is 300 mt away, this location is extraordinarily quiet and peaceful. Opposite the church, one can enjoy a view of the natural beauty of the Cava SM La Nova. Larger groups can also consider booking our other unit Paris Place in the adjacent alleyway
Angela is from Los Angeles and Paolo is from Rome, and they have lived in Paris for two decades. They are very knowledgeable about the region, so they can bring a unique perspective to help the international traveler
