Property for exclusive use Country villa with outbuilding, part of a 9000 sq m property, all fenced, with a wide lawn garden with trees and bushes, several shaded areas, ping pong table, a small grass football pitch. In the garden you will also find the private, fenced swimming pool, (15 x 7 metres with a depth of 0.6-2.1 metres), surrounded by a bathing area with hot shower. In front of the entrance there is a charming pergola with a fitness area and a dining area with table and chairs, a stone BBQ. A corner of the garden has a large enclosure, partly covered, great for dogs. Covered parking within the property. Tamerici is on a hillside surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees and woods, easily accessible from the tarmac road. The area is typical of the Tuscan hills, with scattered houses, cypress-lined roads and greenery. The view is beautiful and relaxing. The villa has a main building and an outbuilding 20 metres away. The main house has 2 floors: the external loggia leads to the gr. floor with large hall, divided into a living room with sat TV and a dining room with large table, a bathroom with shower. The equipped kitchen is in stone and has a fireplace. A staircase leads to the 1st floor, with a bathroom with shower and 3 double bedrooms. The outbuilding has a living room with sat TV, a single sofa bed, a dining area, a small equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the open loft with a double bed. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms, complimentary toiletries, mosquito screens at the windows in the kitchens, living rooms and bathrooms. The price includes a supply of linen and beach towels (all changed weekly), utilities (excluding air conditioning and heating). Upon request and to be paid for at the house are: cookery courses, dinners, hired help, transfers to and from the airport and/or train station. Pets are allowed at the added fee of 15 euros per pet per week.

The most important city nearby is San Miniato, Slow Food city, with its annual “Sagra del Tartufo Bianco” (festival of the white truffle) in October and November, as well as shops and traditional restaurants. For golf lovers, the San Miniato Golf Club is just 9 km away and there are other further golf courses like Castelfalfi and Montecatini Terme. We strongly recommend visiting famous cities like Pisa, San Gimignano, Florence, Lucca and Siena, although you’ll be short on time to visit them all! 7 km San Miniato, 40 km San Gimignano, 45 km Florence, 51 km Lucca, 53 km Pisa, 60 km Tirrenia (sand beaches), 70 km Siena.
