Such a beautiful place to stay! Not only the area but also the property! Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I loved that they included a hanging rack on the balcony to dry out towels after a day in the water. The balcony view was amazing to wake up to every day. The breakfast is also very good, it is fresh and with several options. I look forward to going back.

The guest house is located above the city center, a small supermarket and two nice restaurants are within walking distance. The property itself is very modern and well taken care of. The public areas are very nice. Breakfast was very versatile and you had the possibility to try different freshly baked cakes and quiches every day. We were the only guests as we were travelling right before season closing, but they still put so much attention to detail and effort to giving us a great start to the day. What i also really liked about the breakfast buffet was the little egg cooker, so we could decide how many eggs we wanted to cook and if the should be soft, medium or hard boiled.

Great stay in the cute town Baunei. Staff was super nice and helpful, and breakfast was also nice. The room had everything what you need on a trip, and the house itself is still super new, and due to the location up in the mountains it has a quite charming vibe. Clean, comfortable, modern and also quiet. Our room had a cute little balcony facing the Main Street and there was also a big common terrace. From the house, you can easily reach by car different beaches close to Santa Maria Navarrese, Arbatax etc.

Before our arrival, they sent us the information about the proporty rules and the check-in by WhatsApp. Self-check in was very easy. Federica opened all the doors by remote. The guest house is brand new, modern, and eco-friendly. The staff is extremely kind. The breakfast was included, and it was simple but tasty.

We loved the small city of Baunei! Especially the view from the city , amazing. It is located on a cliff-side. If you have a car - go here. Amazing food and prices that feels way too cheap compared to quality and the panoramic view from most restaurants in town! The apartment was new, well-equipped, balcony with amazing view, nice yard + terrace , and delicious homemade breakfast! Amazing and friendly host. Always fast and great communication. A lot of great advice and recommendations! Definetly recommendable!!

Located in a cosy little town, this place allows you to have a getaway from the crowds and yet enjoy some Italian customs! Overlooking a beautiful valley with a pine forest just in front, seen from your balcony. Breakfast was awesome to say the least, consisted of a wide variety of sweet and salty products, fresh fruits, homemade biscuits, juices, one can have a real breakfast here and start the day fresh!
