We are a successful family run boat rental company in Lake Maggiore (Est. in 2017) and we are very excited to offer our first Cabin Boat recently acquired as a Boat & Breakfast option, where our guests will have a unique experience sleeping on board this spacious and fascinating boat (for up to 3 people, ideally 2 adults and 1 child). The location is close to the main lake attractions and we offer our guests to do a Boat Tour driven by myself (I own the company and this boat), so I will have the pleasure to be your captain and make you have " The best part of your holidays". The Boat tour is optional of course and is to be paid separately. The check in time is between 7pm and 9pm and the check-out time is 10am. This is because we need to prepare and clean the boat after our tour service on the day of your arrival, and then prepare it and clean it again on the day of departure. Maximum 1 night stay, unless you rent the boat for a tour for 4 hrs or more on the next day, then you can stay another night. Also we recommend to book ONLY if you know how to swim, for safety reasons as the boat is surrounded by water. Boat has a WC but the shower is external (at the rear of the boat).

Together with my wife we have about 30 years combined experience in the travel and customer care industry. We have a passion for travelling, sailing, cultural exchange, nature, as well as living by the amazing Lake Maggiore in Italy, the most beautiful lake in the world and only 45 minutes from Milan. We decided to offer our first cabin boat as a Boat & Breakfast option with Booking to offer a new and unique experience to all our guests, the ones taking a boat tour or the ones who would just like to sleep on a boat. The boat is located in a local marina in the town of Lesa, close to the main attractions on the Lake (Arona, Stresa, Borromean islands). If you also decide to take a boat tour with us (to be paid separately) then you can see a lot of more landmarks from the best perspective, the water. You will be given the option to either sleep safely in the water attached to a buoy, or in the platform, depending on your preference you can decide. This will be explained before your arrival. On winter stays the boat has a heater to keep the cabin warm, however the shower is external (rear of the boat) hence we recommend only 1 or maximum 2 nights.
