The garden leads to an equipped terrace (awning, table and chairs) and to the entrance, via 10 steps: the living area on the left, the sleeping area on the right. The large living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, is divided from the dining room-kitchen (4 burners, oven, fridge, microwave) by a beautiful double-sided fireplace: this area also leads to the entrance terrace. of well m. 4 x 2.20, while the living room leads to the large terrace of m. 11 x 2.20, with awning and splendid lake view. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with access to the terrace overlooking the lake, a bedroom with two single beds overlooking the garden and a bathroom with tub-shower. From this floor, you access a lower level, via an internal staircase of 16 steps, where there is a kitchenette (kitchen with two burners, fridge and freezer), large bathroom with shower, double bedroom and access to a large terrace with a wonderful lake view. (approx. 9 x 5 meters) and to the garden that goes down from the front of the house. Laundry and washing machine are located on the garden level, accessible externally.

The small village of Albisano, part of the Municipality of Torri del Benaco, is a real terrace on Lake Garda, 300 meters high. From here you can admire the blue waters of the largest lake in Italy. From a privileged position, in a quiet area, surrounded by a green garden and olive trees, Villa Belvedere enjoys the best view: a short walk from the village, where there is a supermarket, some small shops, restaurants and pizzerias, it is also close to tennis courts. In the garden, through a gate on the side of the villa, you access a driveway that leads to a covered parking space and two other parking spaces (one car in line with the other).
