Property info

Beautiful farmhouse of peasant origins. The large green space around the villa, completely fenced and shaded by forest trees, comprises the lovely infinity swimming pool (size m 6x12, depth m 1,35), the bicycles, the porch equipped with garden furniture, the barbecue, a small children playground and a path into the wood (approx. 500 m) where you could take relaxing walks, or have picnics or afternoon snack 'al fresco'. GROUND FLOOR: sitting room with large fireplace, double sofa bed and piano, small bathroom with washbasin and toilette, going up a step access to the living-dining room, connecting arch in brick to the kitchen, facing the porch equipped with table and chairs. FIRST FLOOR: with access both through internal wooden staircase or external stone staircase with typical loggia, wide sitting-living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, wide bathroom with crystal shower.

The house is situated on a small hill in the heart of Valdichiana, about 4 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, a characteristic village that offers shops, restaurants and services of all kinds.
