Villa degli Ulivi - Lake Como is a fully renovated villa located in the center of Colonno and within walking distance of the lake. Features: villa with lake view, pool, air conditioning, balconies and equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, washing machine and 1 covered parking space. Wi-fi available throughout the property.

Neighborhood info

Colonno was a very old fishing town with medieval origins. It has a romantic promenade along Lake Como and a pebble beach. It is a typical Larian village, quiet and orderly. It is an important part of the famous Greenway, a beautiful promenade that runs along Lake Como. In Colonno there's also a free beach. The nearest village is Argegno, only 1 km from Colonno by car, where there are bars, restaurants, bank, post office, boat station, many services and facilities. On the main road (opposite the bar) is the bus stop. In the square (near the church) is the boat stop to reach Como, Bellagio, Varenna and all other places on the lake.
