The property is divided into 3 units, 2 of which are available to guests (main house plus outbuildings), while the third part is reserved for the owner, who uses it as a warehouse for harvesting olives and carob trees. The outbuilding is a one-room apartment of about 30 m² with a double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Outside, between the outbuilding and the main house, there is a covered area, equipped to relax and eat outside.
