Villa della Pigna is located within walking distance from the charming village of Scopello and the old Tonnara and Faraglioni. The property is an excellent bond between innovation and tradition .Villa della Pigna is characterized by the presence of a big ceramic pine cone from Caltagirone and from which it takes its name. All rooms are equipped with a/c and free wifi. The villa is built on 2 floors and stylishly furnished with attention to the smallest details. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a sofa and tv-sat and kitchen corner, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with 2 basins and a shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with induction hob and dishwasher. The bright double bedroom overlooks the swimming pool. The twin bedroom can be converted, if necessary, into a double bedroom. On the first floor, reachable from exterior access, there is a charming suite with sea view and en-suite bathroom with tub. The suite has also a panoramic terrace. Outside, at guests' disposal, two covered patio equipped with a dining table and chairs and bbq with worktop and basin. The 10x5x1.3 mt semi infinity pool is nestled into a beautiful garden.
