Property info

The villa, of 200 m2 distributed over one floor, is located in a quiet residential complex surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the sea. The shared spaces include an eat-in kitchen with double access to the garden and a large 65 m2 living room with fireplace, two large tables and two relaxation areas. The beds are divided as follows: a large double bedroom; a bedroom with a single bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed (for a total of 5 beds); a bedroom with a bunk bed; a single sofa bed located in the large living room. The house is equipped with two bathrooms, a complete bathroom with shower and a second complete bathroom with tub. The kitchen leads to the large covered veranda equipped with barbecue, which represents a sharing space for outdoor lunches and dinners. The large 1,600 m2 garden is partly composed of a beautiful pine forest suitable for moments of leisure and rest. Outside there is also a comfortable shower. Truly relaxing holidays are guaranteed, pleasant at any time.

The neighborhood is residential, in the summer months it is populated by inhabitants of the surrounding areas and also tourists, creating an informal and friendly environment. The area is equipped with a mini market selling essential products, three bars, three restaurants. 1 km away you can find a well-stocked market and 3.6 km a supermarket and a shopping centre.
