Clean rooms, bathroom and shower, comfy bed, enough space to unload the luggage. Personnel is friendly and is very available. Can provide drinks and prepare a quick snack for who may need it. Price is very competitive for the location. There is no garage but a parking lot in front (okay for me)

Fantastic host. Matteo (or Mattia, please forgive me I forgot the name) was great. I had a small issue with the motorbike and helped me to make my self comfortable, you can really feel his passion for making guests satisfied. The place is really particular, I've enjoyed a nice aperitif outside enjoying the sunset with view on the mountains. The facilities are very well kept and comfortable, room clean, spacious and comfy. Excellent breakfast with a lot of fresh products! I did not find any pre-cut meat in the buffett, and this was good because the meat (Prosciutto, speck) was freshly prepared upon request, and you can feel the fresh taste! I've been there during summer season.
