Villa Stintino is located in the tourist village Rocca Ruja, close to the beach, and boasts a sea view. The charming, 2-storey house consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include fans and a washing machine. Furthermore, the villa offers a private balcony and private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out on the sun loungers. A shared garden is also available for your use. In 7-9 minutes walking you will reach restaurants and bars and the nearest supermarket is an 18-minute walk away (1.8 km). Furthermore, after 7 minutes walking (600 m) you will arrive at La Pelosa beach. Please note that there is a limit on the number of people who can access the beach so you must book this in advance. Alghero airport can be reached by car in 46 minutes (50 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. This property does not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning.
