Codice I.U.N Q9445 Villa William inhabited esclusively by me is located in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena, at the beginning of the road that leads to Villasimius, in a quite and verdant area. The master bedroom, for 1/2 adults and one kid, has two fans, a private bathroom, TV, mini frigo, coffee machine, water kettel, citrus squeezer, and a private covered terrace, equipped, with fireplace and sea view., exclusively available to guests. The house has a big garden. The others area of the villa are not shared with the guests. Upon reservation and subject to availability, the host offers shuttle service to and from Elmas Airport for a fee. Villa is located 3 minutes from the nearest beach and 5 minutes from the Poetto. Mari Pintau beach is a 15 minutes drive from the house. The city of Cagliari is about a 20 minutes drive away.
