At km 38.7 of the SS195 there is Calaverde, an elegant private village set in a splendid Mediterranean scrub pine forest with tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant, diving center and obviously a beautiful beach where there is, for those who love comfort, an enchanting establishment seaside resort on a human scale, a kiosk-bar with rental of sunbeds and umbrellas. The house is a small and bright 44m2 terraced house built on two floors. A ground floor with lounge, sofa bed and American kitchen. A first attic floor with double bedroom and bathroom... the environment is united, open, has the appearance of a loft. Outside there is a veranda overlooking the garden where you can eat comfortably. The context is very quiet and you can reach both the beach (150m) and the market (500m) on foot, thus being able to leave your car in the private car park. Prices include water, electricity and gas plus bed linen and bathroom towels. ATTENTION! -The WiFi hotspot is located at the entrance to the village. -SKY decoder also available. -Chek on Sundays from 4pm - FOR ARRIVALS AFTER 10.30 PM, A SUPPLEMENT OF FIFTY EUROS APPLIES
