The ryokan is located near the station and from the airport it took us an hour. There was snow everywhere in town, amazing! The owners were wonderful people, so welcoming, friendly, hospitable and sweet. They even offered to bring us to the station by car, as there was too much snow outside. Very nice people :) The room was very spacious and cozy, and clean. The breakfast was a traditional japanese one, very tasty! Thank you so much :)

They really go above and beyond here with their service to make you feel at home. They are always there to wish you a nice trip and always there to welcome you back. They brought us a cold tee and some snacks when it was hot and warm milk when it was cold. The attention to detail was insane. Breakfast was fantastic with slight variations every day.

Feel like home, hommy house, This is a old house, at first mayby you feel like enter en old showa Era vibe of house But after a while, I and my family really enjoy our stay. Tatami is very clean, bed is very clean, The owner, his wife, and his daughter do their best to serve us, and make us feel like home. We do really appreciate every effort they have done.

It is close the train station. The room is big and cozy. The owner is friendly and nice. In the morning of check out day I saw a small note on the wall that guest can try kimono for free in the everning. I stayed there for 3 nights but i overlooked that note. I missed a chance to try kimono. It was rain when I checked out. So the owner suggested driving me to the train station. I felt so warm in a rainy day. I also received a souvenir gift from the hostel. I love it so much.

1. The owners of the inn were very courteous and very polite. They were dedicated to making our stay pleasant. 2. We were provided two rooms, one to sleep in and the other with a table to do things and relax in, so we were not cramped into a small place. We had plenty of space for ourselves and our bags. 3. Staying there allowed us to get a traditional Japanese inn experience. 4. The owner drove us, with our baggage, to the train station when we left. A very nice touch.

The business appears family run which made it feel really cozy. Everyone is so kind and sweet. The owner was able to explain everything to me in English and there’s notes everywhere to help remind guest of where the switches are and stuff like that. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, there’s plenty of space for one person and there’s all the amenity you would need in the room such as a water boiler and tv. But what made the stay really wonderful was the welcome service - I got to try some really good snacks, the fact that someone is always there to greet you when you return, and the tiny goodbye present. They’re all really cute touches, which I didn’t expect. The owner also drove me to the train station when I was leaving, which really helped me catch my train.

The staffs were very nice and friendly. We got some fun snacks and tea when we arrived at the hostel. The owners also gave us some fun gifts when we left too. They also offered us a ride to the station! Very friendly people. The price was very reasonable for what we got if not more so. It was great to have both a living room and a sleeping area.
