This accommodation is a quiet, well-managed and clean detached house. It is a 10-minute walk from Hanti Stn. Exit 2, the Lotte Department Store(Gangnam), and is located in a residential area close to Daechi-dong Academy Street. Desk and wireless Internet are available in the accommodation, and simple work and study are possible. * It is a semi-basement house. Please note when making a reservation.

Daechi-dong is a famous city for academy districts in Seoul and has a large floating population, so there are many various amenities, restaurants, and cafes. In particular, there are many young students, so the atmosphere is more active on weekends. It is a 10-minute walk from Lotte Department Store Gangnam branch at Exit 2 of Hanti Station on the Suinbundang Line.
