How close it was to everything

We loved the location! We also loved how they had family rooms with bathtubs perfect for kids! It was extremely clean and no dirty smells at all which we love! The rooms was good enough for sleeping showering chill abit to prepare to head out. The room cleaner was extremely accommodating to our request of cleaning our room between a specific time. Creto Hotel Myeongdong was perfect for our family of 3! Thank you! If we do come back to Seoul we will come back to Creto Hotel! 🫰🏻

Great, great accommodation in the heart of Myeongdong. The room is spacious enough for South Korean standards. Sparkling clean and comfortable beds. It was cleaned every day and smelled very good. We really loved it!

The location was fantastic. So close to the metro and food stalls on the doorstep. The food night market was about a two minute walk away and a k mart for your groceries about a five minute walk. Being a lone parent this was fantastic. We felt very safe and in the reception there was a vending machine should you need essentials such as tooth brushes and cleanse for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was fine. A good selection of continental items as well as a ramen station and more traditional foods. There is a launderette on the 10th floor with washing machine and dryer and also ironing board. It was 10k to use. Reception also printed out my boarding pass for my onward flight. Would definitely recommend.

The location is exceptional; a short walk to the train station and close to many restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and the property was safe and quiet. It felt like being at home.

Great choices of beverages in the fridge.

Anytime we had an issue, the staff resolved it within 10 minutes. All issues we had were very small like the air unit getting stuck on heat, but the staff fixed it very quickly.

Location and ease to get to from airport

Everything was great. Staff was nice. They even allow me to store 6 big luggages for two days after check out.

Great location, 10 points just for that. Value for money is good. The room is slightly small but for a tourist who would spend most of their time outside, its a good space to get back to in the evening and just sleep.

Great location also has a washer and dryer which is a bonus when you are traveling for a long time. Staff was very helpful as I needed to leave baggage in the locker. Found a great little restaurant across from the baggage entrance and up about 20 feet. Great prices and wonderful Food. Liked that the shopping was close by and will be catching bus to airport right across the road. Got to hotel by 60000.00 $60cdn it is $18cdn to go back to airport. All bonuses.

The location was a walking distance from the bustling Myeongdong Street.

Location is easy to get to from airport and get back to airport.

Great location. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. As suggested by the hotel staff, we took the airport express bus to Incheon airport as bus pick up point was very close to the hotel.

The location is perfect. Close to many downtown attractions and public transportation. Auto check-in-out and super quick staff support when I needed.
