This cozy apartment is situated in the premium class Acacia Hill complex with pool, landscape design, playground and private parking. It features breath taking view of the sea and mountains, close to famous Portonovi marina, seaside promenade and mountain trekking routs. Own garden with lots of greenery is an ideal place to enjoy meals in privacy away from noisy beach. The whole complex is immersed in greenery among acacia trees, olives and oleanders. IMPORTANT NOTE: prepayment for the reservation is required and only accepted by bank transfer; each tenant must be registered according to the Montenegrien law, original ID document required upon arrival with a state fee around of 1 EUR per person per night (under 12 y.o for free). Registration service is provided for free. Self-registration is also possible at the nearest tourist organization; property is located at the hillock from the main road and shoreline (60-70 meters above sea level); all garbage containers are placed down at the main road around 250 meters away from the complex.
Private host
The property is located in just 7 min walk from the sea and 20 min walk from picturesque marine resort Portonovi with its luxury restaurants, shops and festive events. At the same it is ideally distanced from noisy tourist places, letting you enjoy your privacy and surrounding nature.
