At the coast of Djurasevici in Tivat bay, in the first row to the sea is located house apartment Edera. We have 8 luxury apartment units availabe for renting - both studio as well as one bedroom apartments. All units have own bathrooms, air conditioning, personal parking space directly near the object, TV and optic internet secured. The house is newly built, equiped as the latest standards require, having mostly italian furniture and top quality sound and termal isolation as well as energetic efficiency. At guests' disposal is private beach equiped with sunshades, sunbeds and other beach furniture free for usage exclusively to our clients. Lovable, pleasant ambient is ensured with the yard near the sea surrounded with olive trees and other coastal plants with the size of nearly 500 square meters. Our guests also have a boat and canoes at their disposal. Homemaker is always present in the object in case cleaning, maintaining or providing new sheets is needed. Notice : Standard apartment, Studio Apartment and Family Studio have lower pricing since they do not have direct sea view from the apartment.
Close to us are located three very attractive islands, as well as bird-watch resort. Less than a kilometre away from us there are two fish restaurants with fish specialites, as well as beach bars Movida and Almara. Airport Tivat is 7km away, Old town Kotor is 12km away, and Budva town 25km.
